Your customer list, prices, invoices and employee details are among your business's most valuable assets. We are building Smeoli with that responsibility in mind, on these principles:

Data is encrypted while it is transferred and while it is stored.

Each employee sees only what their work needs: sales sees customers, accounting sees invoices, and only authorised people see staff records.

Your account is protected by a second verification step as well as your password.

Who opened or changed which record, and when, is logged.

Your data is yours
Your business is responsible for its customer, supplier and employee data. You can export your data or have it deleted at any time.
Your business data is never sold and never used for advertising or marketing. The details will be set out before launch in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

When will Smeoli launch?
We plan to launch Smeoli in 2028. People on the early access list will be the first to know the launch date and will be able to try the first release before launch.
Does it cost anything to join the early access list?
No. Joining the list is free and commits you to nothing. Your details are used only to contact you about Smeoli, and you can leave the list at any time.
Which devices will I be able to use Smeoli on?
Smeoli runs in the cloud and needs no installation. You will be able to use it in your browser on any computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection: in the office, out in the field or in the warehouse.
Who will be responsible for customer and employee data?
Your business is the data controller for the customer, supplier and employee data you keep in Smeoli. OLIVOV processes that data only to provide the service and on your instructions, as the data processor. This relationship is set out in a Data Processing Agreement made with your subscription.
Where will the data be stored?
Where the data will be stored, the technical and organisational measures taken and the service providers involved will be explained in detail before launch in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
Can we use it together as a team?
Yes. Smeoli is being designed for businesses with dozens of employees as well as for founders working on their own: each employee sees their own work, managers see the whole picture, and you decide who can see and change what. Working with several branches or warehouses is also in our plans.
Will it work with e-invoicing or my accounting software?
We are considering e-invoice and e-archive integrations, as well as connections to banks and widely used accounting software, on our roadmap. We will announce which ones are in the first release closer to launch; telling us what you need on the early access form helps us prioritise.
How will pricing work?
Smeoli will be a subscription-based cloud service (SaaS). Plans and prices will be announced closer to launch; people on the early access list will hear first.
Will Smeoli use AI?
Yes; AI-powered tools are one of the planned parts of Smeoli: for example drafting quotes and emails, summarising your reports or asking questions about your data in plain language. These features will be optional and under your control; the final decision is always yours.
